The room at Matsui Building was incredible! I mean, the private bathroom had a hot tub and shower - so luxurious! Plus, every unit had its own private bathroom with a shower. It was so convenient, like having a mini spa in our room. And guess what? The apartment had a microwave, electric kettle, and even a hot tub! Can you believe it? Oh, and there was a washing machine - no worries about dirty clothes. And don't get me started on the kitchen - it was a game-changer. The microwave was a nice touch too.
I have to admit, the only thing I liked less about the place was that it didn't have a bathtub. But hey, that's just my personal preference.

During my recent transit in Tokyo, I had the pleasure of staying at Matsui Building. As a frequent traveler, I found two features of the hotel particularly noteworthy. the hotel's location was extremely convenient, being just 25 km away from Tokyo International Airport. This allowed for a quick and hassle-free commute, ensuring that I didn't have to worry about missing my connecting flight. the database provided valuable information about the hotel, helping me choose the right accommodation for my short stay.
While my overall experience at Matsui Building was pleasant, one minor issue I encountered was the limited dining options within the hotel premises. Although the database highlighted this aspect, it would have been helpful to have more information about nearby restaurants or recommendations for alternative dining choices.

For the price we paid, the value was exceptional. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to Shinjuku station and surrounded by a variety of restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was if there were more options for breakfast items.
